The Duke of Sussex returned to the UK last week to attend his grandfather's funeral after Prince Philip died aged 99 earlier this month. Harry's short trip back was the first time he has been seen with the Royal Family since he and Meghan Markle relocated to the US last March.
Experts and royal fans wondered whether the Duke would stay for his grandmother's birthday.
However, Harry reportedly landed back in the US on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, Her Majesty celebrated her 95th birthday.

They said: "Prince Harry got to say goodbye to the Queen before her birthday and he left her a gift and card from him and Meghan."
The card reportedly had a message honouring Her Majesty's legacy but the birthday gift is unknown.
To mark Earth Day on Thursday, Harry gave a touching nod to Prince Philip who was a dedicated conservationist.

He said: "As we now begin to move towards an era of global recovery and regeneration, it's critical that we continue to look at the strengthening and protecting of biodiversity, not just as a value we hold - but as a responsibility that is vital to our way of life.
"On this Earth Day, I reflect on generations of conservation champions, including my late grandfather, and feel proud and energised to continue doing my part in this legacy.
"This year especially, I join the incredible African Parks team and communities around the world in shared dedication to our environment and collective wellbeing."
Harry is President of the charity which manages national parks and protected areas across Africa.
The Duke's statement was released alongside a new African Parks video with a voiceover from Harry.

Africa is a special place for both Harry and Meghan after travelling to the continent several times together.
Early in their relationship, the Sussexes took a trip to Botswana after just two dates in London.
In an interview after their engagement, Harry said: "I managed to persuade her to come and join me in Botswana.
"We camped out with each other under the stars. She came and joined me for five days out there, which was absolutely fantastic.
"So then we were really by ourselves, which was crucial to me to make sure that we had a chance to know each other."
